Whether your child needs support with emotional wellbeing, development, or both, we can work together to find the most supportive pathway forward.

Play Therapy

Play Therapy offers children a safe, calm and supportive space where they can express, explore and make sense of their thoughts and feelings through play.

Through child-led experiences and a trusting therapeutic relationship, children are supported to build emotional awareness, regulation, confidence and resilience.

Play Therapy may support children who:

  • experience big feelings or emotional overwhelm

  • find it difficult to express thoughts and feelings

  • are navigating changes or challenges

  • would benefit from a gentle therapeutic space

Early Childhood Support

Early Childhood Support focuses on children’s development, learning and participation in ways that feel meaningful, achievable and connected to their everyday world.

Using play-based and developmentally responsive approaches, children are supported to build skills, confidence and engagement across learning environments.

​

Early Childhood Support may support children who:

​

  • are developing communication or social skills

  • need support building confidence

  • benefit from guidance in learning environments

  • are working towards developmental goals

A flexible and individualised approach

Support is always guided by the child. Sessions are responsive to each child’s strengths, needs and interests, and may shift over time as children grow and change. The focus is on building capacity, confidence and connection in ways that feel respectful and sustainable.

NDIS Information

Play Therapy and Early Childhood Support may be accessed through NDIS funding where aligned with your child’s goals; Early Years Approach.

Services may be suitable for children with self-managed or plan-managed funding under Capacity Building supports.
